I’m the patient that constantly has something wrong with my teeth since I was a kid. I’ve only experienced 2 dentists in my lifetime and Butterfly Dental is my third. I’ve met two dentists here and with both encounters, I felt comfortable and confident with their approach and plan of care. There are just some places you walk into that you feel comfortable and this place is that!Danni ( I don’t know if I spelled that correctly) but she is incredibly sweet and helpful on the phone.I’ve had a few other encounters with some maybe receptionist or somebody covering phones at a lunch hour that weren’t very personable but other than that—If you’re looking for a dentist don’t hesitate!

dr Chen is a very good dentist

This is the best dentist I been to. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with western dental. Butterfly dental care is so different. They always answer the phone and everyone is super kind. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15minutes to get serviced. I’ve gotten a teeth cleaning and braces removal done here, and I never felt any pain or discomfort. The patient chairs in each room have massage feature! While I was getting a cleaning I was also getting a back massage. The dentist and assistants are great at communicating and they understand what they’re doing. I don’t have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, I paid $199 for a cleaning, $300 for braces removal, and $499 for 2 arches of retainers. They offered me a payment plan for my retainers because I wasn’t money ready that day. Thank you so much butterfly dental, you made me feel comfortable and safe at the dentist .

They have a good teamwork. Office people find the slots when emergency and contact well. I'm thank for their hard work.

I was very satisfied and very pleased with the outcome of my visit. I had done several consultations, but nobody would listen and try to help me with what would be more affordable and convenient for me the dentist I saw I apologize I forgot her name she was amazing. She listened. She understood and explained everything to me I am excited and looking forward to getting my dental work done. I wish I would’ve come to their office sooner.

I had really crooked teeth and Dr. Chen made them straight. Nowadays I never bite my tongue accidently while eating. I never knew how much my life would be better just because of that.

I had an emergency that required immediate attention the day before Thanksgiving and I don’t have a regular dentist. I contacted them and had an appointment within 2 hours. The staff is very nice and they go above and beyond with their customer service.

Dr.Chen cares about her patients. She’s been my dentist for many years and I commute an hour to see her. She is an exceptional dentist!

Butterfly Dental is very competent and professional setup with amazing bedside manner. With greeting you by name to knowing what you need they never fail to wow me. I am in better dental health due to their work.
