They had lots of times that fit my weird schedule. The front desk was so warm and friendly and really made you feel welcomed. Dr. Hall was super knowledge and so easy to talk to. Brittney made cleaning my teeth quick and painless. Everything was explained beforehand and I actually enjoyed my time at a dentist for once. Glad to have found a great dentist in AZ! When I finally made the appointment, I was impressed with the professionalism and concern of the staff. They were all very nice and I was pleased with everyone and how well I was treated. While I waited too long to be able to get implants, I was given some options immediately. I will proceed as soon as possible. read less

The registry was polite and did ask if I needed anything let them know. The assistant was excellent and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable and answered any concerns I may have for the appointment. The Dentist was get polite and gentle. He answered and had a selection of suggestions that would work best for me. They didn't rush me to make a decision. The Dentist explained whatever I feel needed to be done he would wait on me to make a decision. Even if I decided not to get the work. The staff kept the same energy.

There is a dentist with a cheerful mustache or semicolon tattoo on her inner finger who really knows her stuff.
She told me I was bitting high. I'm not sure what that all means but it sounds better than bitting low.
All I can say is this morning I was eating almonds like a squirrel pain free.
In a perfect world the next appointment would be no cavities at 4 o'clock with happy hour to follow read less

There had to be a catch, right? It turned out not to be. I got a great cleaning, exam and photos from a really great gentle hygienist that educated me about what was going on in my mouth. Then I met the dentist, he was friendly and professional, no hard sell from anyone or catches anywhere. They won my business. When I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, they didn't have an opening for another month, but informed me that they would call me if they had any cancelations for an earlier appointment and they did just that. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist quickly informed me that they were running a bit behind and I believe I was waiting for 11 minutes which was no bother to me because I was used to that wait if not longer with my previous dentist office, but the receptionist gave me a starbucks gift card as an apology for the wait time....talk about excellent customer care!!!
Brittany, the dental hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable and would frequently ask if I was okay while doing the cleaning. The Dr was also very friendly!! I will definitely be a lifelong patient of theirs! read less

For example, from routine cleaning to implants, the dentists and support staff put you at ease, tell really good jokes, ask you about yourself, ---all before any work is done. They also check with you often during their work to ask if you want a break or does anything at all feel uncomfortable.
I think you need to do yourself a favor and make an appointment so you can finally get that dental work done and also meet Dr.J, Dr. Mooney, Tiana, Jessica and all the others who laugh, smile, tell jokes, explain everything and make sure that when you are through, you will walk out their door with a smile and some fond memories.
The number one goal in this dental office is to listen to the patient and then agree to do your particular work according to your reasonable terms. If you want to divide the appointment into two different dates, they will gladly do so. If you even had one tooth pulled in your appointment, you will get a personal phone call that evening from your dentist to just check in.
In all the years I have been a patient there and had surgeries, there has never been a problem or a nagging pain. I love my teeth; so do all the great pros at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry.
By the way, lots of good parking, coffee and bottled water and CURRENT magazines in the lobby. read less

After the first visit I decided to switch my son over as well and we have been patients for over a year now. My 8 year old gets excited whenever we have dental appointments and loves coming here. The staff is always friendly to him which I appreciate as I am able to schedule us both in. He used to go to a pediatric-only dental practice and it's so much more convenient at ABD.
