Wow! After a few days of terrible pain and some... read moreWow! After a few days of terrible pain and some bad advice from another dentist i called ABD at 6:05am begging for a same day appointment. The woman on the phone could tell i was hurting and made the appointment process as short and easy as possible. They were able to see me at 9am that day, but more importantly they were able to perform the work needed in that same appointment. Everyone here was an actual, literal, beautiful angel from heaven. I felt like i was in an alternate universe where people enjoy the dentist because of what a pleasant experience i had. Their first order of business at my appointment was my comfort 💚. Would recommend them to anyone who needs dental anything. I have moved all my future dental appointments here and am considering eating candy in bed so i can visit more often… kidding, but they really are that perfect here. 10 gold teeth for AZ Biltmore Dentistry. read less

I thought I was receiving top-notch customer service at my other dentist, boy was I wrong. Dr. Jeziorski, and staff have a far superior level of customer service unmatched by any dentist I've ever been to. Their office is beautiful, and you feel at home when you go there. Melinda was my dental hygienist and I swear I have never gotten a better dental cleaning in my life. There is a difference between being good and being great and Melinda is great. She does not clean for the sake of cleaning and takes pride in her cleaning and is very meticulous in her metrics pre and post procedure and gave me many helpful hints on maintaining dental hygiene. Her sense of humor kept the visit enjoyable. And I can not but compliment Dr. Michael Hood for his thoroughness. With the aid of images he showed me exactly the problem areas and how his care would help with restoration. Lastly, Carol at the front desk is stellar in providing top notch customer service and taking care of all patient issues. The dental office is a lively place. I haven't met the primary doctors at this office, but Dr. Ngo and Olivia are awesome. They made sure I was comfortable, and relaxed. I had 2 fillings today and didn't feel one thing, including the needle for the anesthetic. The registry was polite and did ask if I needed anything let them know. The assistant was excellent and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable and answered any concerns I may have for the appointment. The Dentist was get polite and gentle. He answered and had a selection of suggestions that would work best for me. They didn't rush me to make a decision. The Dentist explained whatever I feel needed to be done he would wait on me to make a decision. Even if I decided not to get the work. The staff kept the same energy.
